Solex Energy Ltd. announced today that Chetan Shah will be the new Chairman & Managing
Director of the Company. An experienced business leader, Chetan Shah will succeed Kalpesh
Patel and resume responsibilities immediately.
Chetan Shah belongs to the Nemji family that has completed 100 years in business, building
a legacy of trust and goodwill over the decades.
Founder & former director of a leading PV module manufacturer, he had been instrumental
in earning an indisputable reputation for putting up world-class manufacturing facilities.
